Golden Glow

By Irishkate
While the other members of our workshop were
taking photos of yet another Church,
I found these wildflowers growing out of a wall
and loved all the warm colours of the stones around.
hope you like them too.
Many thanks for votes for Sinking Sun.

Some lovely brown tones, Kate, and you've found a good 'set' to show them off in. Very effective image.

Nice one Kate. I love the brown tones and the textures. Lighting is perfect. Re your comment on my marina upload the weather here is far from perfect. You just have to be lucky and catch the odd blink of sun. My rainbow shot was taken about 15 minutes previous

Wandering off on your own you have come across a small gem and captured it so well: just the sort of thing I often look out for but never seem to spot, so full marks for observation and execution.

Wonderful tones in this image, Kate, everything here is now brown and dry, will be a while before things start to turn green again. Carol
