Excellent, Francesco, both observation and execution - and almost a LensBaby shot without the LB!
I am certain one has to enjoy taking this kind of photograph already before using a LB.

Wonderful. A number of my all-time favourite images on the site feature abandoned footwear, see here in particular. Oh and here too.This raises such questions as 'What was he doing?', 'Has he noticed yet?', 'How does he explain the loss to his Mum?'

It's not deliberate policy that this is probably the nearest the GEA gallery has got to a landscape so far this week. This just involves me and sets my brain working so much better...

This for some reason just grabbed me when I opened the thumbnail - so many questions, and possible stories. Exceptional pov, composition and excellent use of aperture - yes, to some extent LB'ish.
