I was enjoying my coffee at strabucks around orchard road, singapore. I arranged that empty chair, compose the picture and wait until there's nobody passing at that sidewalk.

i like the concept and the composition; very well spotted and thought-of. however, i am wondering if it wouldn't work out nice without the tree, too... the horizontal lines in the background work perfectly well with the title, but the tree suddenly interrupts them...
overall, with or without the tree there... i really like it.

Have to agree that the tree breaks up the hard geometry of this image and that a shame. Otherwise a strong composition of an urban scene. Not sure whether a little more chair would have helped.

Not sure what you were after here - a very sharp part chair and a distracting light background. Sorry, subject not for me.
