Good a Place as any to sit and have a smoke

Street Photography in Downtown Los Angeles on Earth Day, walked by him and took the photo as I walk by looking back off the hip.
We were at Sixth and Broadway and he was just siting there on the sidewalk as people passed him by.
Not sure if he was begging for money or just needed to stop and have a smoke, hiccup still had some drink in it.
