That's quite some pier! Love that sky. Don't think we have anything remotely like this pier on our side of the border. Sort of explains why various comedians/artists refer to "playing on the pier" which in Scotland would make me think they were buskers!!

As I said yesterday it's good to see the reconstruction that has taken place, and that the buildings look so clean and pristine.

Lovely refurbished pier but I do think the signs could be less garish.
Maybe that's how people expect sea resorts to look?

No it is the same length Jim, the angle of shot may give you the impression that it is shorter
