Grasstrack

By philhomer
Our local club appears to have a new 'theme' which is visiting sporting events in order to learn / practice panning movement. Here are a few images from a local grasstrack on Bank Holiday.

The 'technical' aspects are not really complex but these move a little faster than the point-to-point horses and you have to shoot when / where there is a gap in the background marshalls / fire extinguishers etc

I don't generally believe in making excuses for lesser images - however i would ask for some degree of 'measured commentary' regards images 16 and 17 - my Grandson Cameron's. I may be biased but i reckon he'll be pretty good by the time he is 5 at the end of July.

i am used to low votes and epz cliques (also doesn't help that i have until now been somewhat opinionated) and votes whilst 'nice' are of lesser import than knowledgeable commentary
