Greyfriars Bobby

By KingBee
Many thanks to everyone who voted / commented on "Wistful", and a special thanks to Alan (Baseley) for his much-treasured UA.

This will be the final 'face' from my "Festival" series, and he's a permanent fixture. If you don't know the story of Greyfriars Bobby (where have you been?), read this.

Thanks again to all who've followed my 'Facebook' over the last week.

I remember seeing the feature film that Disney made of the story when I was young. It must have been half a century ago. Your picture brings memories back.

I remember my 3 daughters watching the film (original) years ago & sobbing their wee hearts out. There's a dog in The USA doing the same thing now!Sad

You've turned what could have been an ordinary shot of a carved dog into an interesting and creative image. Grin
