Guitarist

By Anthony
Hi all

My dad was 60 yesterday, happy birthday old man.

My brother "Smiffy" Graham came up for the big event. He was playing on his guitar earlier today, so I took a few shots.

I played with the image in Photoshop CS2, added the Virtual Photographer filter, and converted to mono. I then dodged and burned a few areas, and ended up with this result.

Any and all comments are welcome, thank you in advance.

Anthony

I own a couple of guitars and am an absolute sucker for guitarist shots. Your's is so different and evocative of the "Blues" that a click is impossible to resist!

Great shot that works superbly. I love the movement in the strings and the fingers. Top marks deserved here.

Great work. Super composition and the movement in the fingers brings the image to life. Well captured.
