Half a Saltire & a Crossbar

By saltireblue
Well, not quite, but near enough.

Yes, it's that fire escape again...last time, honest, before I sit naked at a piano and announce, 'And Now For Something Completely Different...'Wink

Anyway, as you've come this far, have a butchers at V2 to get the so-called bigger picture.

Many thanks for recent comments and as always, thanks for bothering.

Malc

You have a keen eye for capturing images with lots of angles, lines and geometric patterns, Malc, as this one demonstrates; lots to take in and appreciate.
Very well spotted chance, and well capitalised upon.
Ronnie.

Two magnificent images, each crammed so full of angles, diagonals, horizontals, lines, shapes, perspectives, it reminds me so much of an old Technical Drawing Book, simply inspirational. Version II certainly was the Gold Medal Winner for today.

Well I'm going for the big picture in v2 - this has been a super series - don't feel you have to sit naked at the piano - I'm quite happy for the series to go on WinkWink

I can't decide between the two Malcolm. I love all those angles and lines and the limited colours. As to the naked singing.....

Great colour again interrupted by those strong lines and heavy metal.

V1 for me - simpler, cleaner, more abstract. And really excellent.

Plenty of geometry there for a visual exploration. The severely cropped version is more intense, more of a puzzle.
Extremely well captured from an excellent angle. I would incline to classify it as Specialist/Abstract too.

Lovely perspective, shapes, and patterns, but the image of you at the piano a la Python is just tooo much!!

You could instead go into the forest, don a dinner jacket, find a desk and microphone, and announce "And now for something completely different", but be warned, you are very likely to explode.

Patriotic colours in this, but primarily strong lines and patterns, so well presented. The sky/cloud reflections look like smoke in these closer versions, quite appropriate for a fire escape I supposeTongue !

More triangles than an American marching band Malcolm, these are both quite extraordinary my friend, love them both and too close to call for me.
