Equally as good if not better than your previous, i'll make a trip down there myself if I'm stuck for something to do while the wife shops.
Is it north or south of the bridge Darren or are there boats up and down that whole stretch?
I reckon the lighthouse area is a good location as well.
Just one small crit, the boats seem a touch soft focus though it isn't a partcular problem, probably a result of the processing?

John, this is North of the bridge at Bigger Village. There's only a few boats there but they all seem interesting. I'm aware there are also similar scenes South of the bridge but haven't ventured there yet. As for the lighthouse, I went down there for a sunset but the warden wouldn't let me on due to the nesting birds. One for the winter I guess.

PS. If you look at yesterdays upload you can see these two boats in the background catching the light.
Love the colours, the light and composition, Darren, some lovely detail in large version.

I'm looking at the two large boats. I like the way they lean toward each other, they appear to be going in different directions and so could be going round in circles. This I think makes a great composition and so I wonder if it might be better with the LHS cropped.
Everything else about the image is great.

Excellent image, great colour depth, I.can live with the slight softness as not every image requires to be pin sharp to make a landscape work, scrutiny can be taken too far sometimes, as I said Darren great shot.

Thanks Bev. The actual shot is pretty sharp but I lost it here when I shrunk it for upload to epz. Nowadays I tend to sharpen after I have reduced the size.
