Love the eye contact, hands are always a problem. They should enhance the image not degrade it, be sympathetic with placing them ( see any portrait web site look for idea's not copy ) Watch the lighting too, use reflectors ( gold, silver, ) soften the lighting ( natural light, soft see through materials ) Hope this is of value.
