Hannah's Meadow

By whatriveristhis
Thanks for your votes and comments yesterday, and a very grateful nod to Bill for his UA.

More from the Pennines here. If anyone would like an explanation of the title, here's a link.

For once I have followed a link: looks like an essential destination.
Interesting to see how your vision has transformed the publicity image; yours is mysterious and magical.
Location>composition>icm, I think.

Such an artistic view of this beautiful place.
To me, it is very reminiscent of Andrew Wyeth's Christina's World.

This has the feel of a charcoal sketch with a few scratches of the paper to create those bright highlights. Far more emotive than just a straight photograph.
Very well done Alan.

A lovely feel to this. Like being there, in a dream. Makes me hear the birds singing. Magical!

wonderful image, love the cotton grass shimmering against the brooding building, a lot like Top Withens above Howath.
