Very nicely composed Sarah. The shadow of the castle tower gives a sense of place as well.

What a lovely scene Sarah, wonderful splashes of colour and light. It would make a fine Jig Saw Puzzle. Smile (For anyone with loads of Time on their Hands )

Very impressive, with the two magic ingredients of great composition and great light. I don't think I've seen light as good as that in Conwy, so you were there at the right moment and took full advantage of it!

Excellent light for this scene, Sarah. A reminder of summer, yet that threatening sky suggests otherwise...

Thanks Andy, I was very lucky and only had one morning when the heavens certainly did open and the winds howled - an extremely wet visit to Llanddwyn Island on Anglesey, supposed to be associated with Dwynwen the Welsh patron saint of Lovers, definitely not on a day like that though! A two hour round walk for two very bad photo's lol

I've only just discovered your portfolio, and there are so many shots that I really like. Your photos (esp. landscape) have a quality about them that stands out. The lighting and composition are spot on, so you really set a very high standard. I'm impressed!

Cheers,
