Harris Flows

By AntHolloway
Returning to the beach of Traigh Mhor on the west coast of the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides. This day had seen us going from rain to sun and back again a number of times. As sunset approached this band of weather was moving north, allowing the Sun to reveal the details in the clouds.

An exposure time of one second reveals the motions of the water as the waves break over the rocks and along this sloping shoreline.

That small beach is probably the best on the island for dramatic waves and rocks and when we were there we went at least ever day if not twice on one occasion. Lovely picture.GrinGrin
