I think that this is the last clump of Blackberries in the garden so I had to make the most of it and get a few cliched images.
Just in case you are tuning in to my images fir the first time, please note that the Harvest Mouse is one of a
captive colony that are kept and fed well and the only ones that are photographed are the ones that are happy to be handled - no they have not signed to that effect but if they walk on to my hand voluntarily then that is good enough for me.

From the tech perspective. A f/f dslr and a lens with min focusing distance of 1.4m might seem like an odd combination but the use of a Canon extension tube removes the need for a macro lens although, like working with a macro, the focus plane is critically shallow.
