Harvest's end

I think that this is the last clump of Blackberries in the garden so I had to make the most of it and get a few cliched images.

Just in case you are tuning in to my images fir the first time, please note that the Harvest Mouse is one of a captive colony that are kept and fed well and the only ones that are photographed are the ones that are happy to be handled - no they have not signed to that effect but if they walk on to my hand voluntarily then that is good enough for me.

Comments and critique or questions are always welcome.

From the tech perspective. A f/f dslr and a lens with min focusing distance of 1.4m might seem like an odd combination but the use of a Canon extension tube removes the need for a macro lens although, like working with a macro, the focus plane is critically shallow.
