I took this image with an old hassleblad camera for my project of portrait and lighting for university. I was thrilled with the result! I really like black and white contrasty pictures and i thought this was a stunning image.

I am likeing this Abilou hopefully we can get this scand for you and see what you do in photoshop.and then what you can do in the darkroom and then show us

The finger on her lap does not look good, if you can get rid of it do so, it is a great shot but be aware of small detail.

Hi Abilou, yeah and most medium format cameras even 5x4, don't get me wrong it's a great shot, there's a shot of a band in my photos where a hand is going into someones head that really irritates me that was spotted by another ephotozine fan, it's attention to small detail that makes a good picture great,no offence intended but I love the your shot anyway.

If your still at uni and they have a Mamiya RB67 have a go on that, I think you'll like it.
