I read in your blog, you had converted to black and white?

Never mind this is ample fodder for us Pete, nicely set up, lighting is good and has that natural feel I think you were after.

I like asparagus to but would never have thought to present a pic of it and have to say it works well IMO

Just bought some Asparagus to have a few frames with.
Not too keen on the bg Pete,I reckon a couple of textures wouldn't go amiss here just to add a bit more 'flavour'.
The detail is good but perhaps a wee bit over-exposed on the very tips & looks like the whole thing could do with a touch more contrast.
I would have had a go with a mod but you got it switched off !! Wink

Clever idea and it works brilliantly cos of the lighting and simplicity of the composition. and the ties around the asparagus. Paul
