One of my favourite spots on Rannoch Moor, midges are a fact of life. I've forgotten how many swollen lumps I've had on my face and other more tender parts of my body.
Worth every bite when the light works it's magic.

'Up where the air is clear'.....Lots of depth and the russets and blues make a lovely contrast, Alun.

Love the colours - the rusty reds in the burn and the white, blue and greys in the mountains and sky.
