I was amazed to see this Hedgehog in our front garden last night.
We used to get one occasionally in the back garden, but that was years ago.

Great to see them. Sadly, they don't seem that common these days, although we do get them very occasionally and one actually triggered our security light the other evening. I agree with Kate, the catchlight is lovely.

It will be coming out of hibernation now, and requiring feeding up. We used to have one, that came along most evenings, and we used to leave a saucer of milk out for it.

Nicely captured shot Alan. And very nice to see a hedgehog. They are becoming very few and far between.
