Hello!

By SteveMoulding
I haven't been on for a few days as I am back to work again and have had little time free, I have secured a two month contract with hopefully a follow on.
I will endeavor to catch up, time permtting. A couple of quick uploads today of a Water Vole taken at the BWC, he popped his head out a couple of times to check out his domain and tried to get a long stick into his den. After a few attempts he did manage to do it folding it in two, just shows how clever they are.
I hope you like him, I did think of trying to remove the wire grille and blue tube but my skills are not upto the challenge.
Many thanks for all the C&C's on my uploads, all are very much appreciated.
Have a great weekend,
Steve.

Congrats on the new job. Hope it leads to greater things.
Pleased you did not attempt to remove the stick/twig. It adds a great deal of charm to the shot and shows good animal behaviour.

the blue tube encircles him perfectly but I agree the wire fence would be best cloned out, no matter it doesnt detract from a fine picture, great shot - currently E2 featured photo
