I'm afraid I can't identify this positively, but then there are lots of European fungi I'd struggle with too Sad
It definitely resembles our inkcaps so I think you're on the right lines. Sometimes ID depends on looking at the gills or what colouir appears on bruising the skin so a photo 't sometimes enough.
Either way I's avoid eating it and stick with those from the grocery store Smile
