Here comes the rain

By katieb
Another from the Roaches this was at the end of the day when the weather was closing in on us, I have converted it to B&W to give it more atmos but once again not sure if it is too dark. I have put the coloured version in the mods.
Grateful for any advice.
Thank you

Dven Thank you I did wonder if it was a bit dark, need to experiment more with the use of B&W.

Hi Katie, not sure on this one but it I do think the B&W treatment works, it really highlights the light on the resevior and the contrast of the light in the clouds. I do think in the right place this woud work really well as a print. There is something compelling about it....I suspect thats why you put it up, Cheers Chris.

PS not to dark for me, it suits the moody darkeness.

Works well for me - wishing I'd taken the trouble to try out some different lenses up there! Actually prefer your B&W to dven's mod - purely because your's shows where the light hits the land better. Nik
