Herr Kapitan

By BarbaraR
Hi all,
The final upload of my WWII characters from the 1940's w/e
held at Sledmere House this summer.
Here's a rather handsome / scary German officer.
He wasn't into smiling !
Many thanks for all the nice comments and the clicks for my
last upload of the Home Guard chap.
Onto something different next .. hmm.
Cheers.

Ahh. Well I read they were introduced in 1935 but not widely manufactured until
post war.

He is scary but where did a WWII German soldier find a filter-tipped cigarette? Wikipedia tells me that was pretty much a British thing from 1935 to 1954. Hmmm -- was this guy perhaps a spy -- or maybe a time traveler.

Ooops -- I just noticed that this topic was already covered in previous comments.
