Hicklington Church

By Philo
I passed this church on the way to work this morning and just had to pull over for a few shots. Shadows were quite dark so I have lifted some detail there and toned down highlights to reduce the brightness of the stonework.
Processed using Lightroom 5 Beta.

So well composed and just the right POV. I may have cropped in on the right a little, yet that's only fine tuning on a brilliantly thought out image. TG

Many thanks, John and Tony, I appreciate the comments.
Tony, cropping the right works well, thanks for the suggestion.

Nice image, lovely dense colours. I like the crop suggestion too. I loaded a mod with it done, and I also reduced exposure by about 1/3 to get a little more detail into the highlights.

Thanks, Willie, both the crop and reduced highlights are improvements so I will alter the image accordingly.
