Hidden in plain sight

Watering the yucca this morning in Galveston and I noticed something slightly different. This DeathHead Hawk Moth (?) was relaxing during the daylight hours at the base of the plant. (The modification was taken with an iPhone SE.)

The face on the back looks like a stylized lion designed in India with that Indian influence. TG
