High Force

By gingerdelight
We visited High Force in Teesdale recently. It is the first time I have been there and it was spectacular! Unfortunately photographs do not do it justice, but I tried! Here are two images I took, with mono conversions of each which, I think, work quite well.

Some information on High Force can be found here

Like the tones and detail in mono, Carol. Not a waterfall I've managed to visit yet.

Mono works well Carol,
but you will know I am a dyed in the wool colour guy !!
Good shots.
And are there still woman who are so tight fisted that they still
dye their wool instead of buying it in the right colour !!

The rock's so sharp against the water's edge it looks like a cut-out. Gorgeous. Even better to be there. Smile

You've captured the full force of the water perfectly in v1 which is the pick of the set
