Does this work better/ Follows the rules and uses the water again but still a bit static. High viewpoint only area available due to health and safety rules. Rare 4x4 sierra fully restored and very fast - the owner must be mad - car valued at in excess of 20K.

EOS 40D with 70/300 Canion IS. Hand held. ISO400, 1/1500 @ f8.

Slower shutter speed and a bit of panning as the car passed you would have put some blur on the wheels, this would have helped give the shot a sense of movement......It's something that needs to be practised though and doesn't come easily.....You may be able to put some blur on the wheels in PS....

Good but slower speed and a poition where you can pan as it passes in front of you, though you will miss the driver detail
