Himalayas near Kathmandu.

By georg
After taking off from Kathmandu in Nepal the Himalayas were on our right hand side. You have to pass at least through 28000 feet to be above some of the highest peaks. We were climbing already for a few minutes when this picture was taken. These majestic mountains never cease to amaze me. Just a pity the aeroplane's windows were not cleaned before the flight!!
