This is great, I have just been rotating my laptop 90 degrees and the photo still works.
I would love to see this with the 'blood' done in red and the rest of the shot the same.
Truely excellent shot.

Pleasure and pain in one easy photo. I have a dental appointment in two hours' time - fortunately with a trained professional - but I am only appreciating the aesthetic qualities of this image right now, will probably moan about anaesthetics later.
