The settings are a bit wayward - raised ISO and 1/3200 weren't needed, even if you want to shoot at f/1.8.
What you do need to do, though, if you want to open the lens wide, is to get the focus absolutely perfect. In this hsot, it's a millimetre or two off, and that spoils it, for me. Camera and subject must be still, and focus must be on the seed pod, absolutely precisely. Tripod, livve view, and take loads of shots.

I like the idea of the seedpod offering hope, Prabhuv, and the minimalism of the image.
However, your focus seems to be at the top of the seedpod, which is a shame because this could have been very good.
I have done a modification where I cropped to square, placing the seedpod onto the bottom left "thirds" intersection. You have left far too much space around your subject.
I used the burn tool and sharpening brush on the seedpot, softened the background slightly, and did a Levels adjustment. I then gave it a frame.

It's a nice subject, but it's soft and you didn't do yourself any favours when setting the camera.
One message from this - just because a lens offers F1.8 that doesn't mean that it's compulsory to use it! I have that lens, I like it a lot, but it definitely doesn't give its best at maximum aperture.
There's plenty of space between the seed pod and its background so F3.5, even F5.6, will still isolate it nicely. F1.8 made precise focusing absolutely critical, so that if for example you focused and then recomposed, that small movement of the camera would lose the focus. And the larger aperture would still have allowed a safe shutter speed at a low ISO.
Think carefully about your settings, were you aware that you had increased ISO and an unnecessarily fast shutter speed? My advice would be - take time to understand the settings, think things out properly before you take the shot.
