Horses may kick or bite!

By TrevBatWCC
Heading down Whitehall and passing by Horse Guards, spotted this chap on his horse brandishing his sword. On processing the image, I was amused at reading the sign alongside him which reads "Beware, horses may kick or bite!" Grin
Have to attend hospital tomorrow for a colonoscopy, my third one, the last being three years ago and everything was OK. But the trouble in getting old is they want to keep check that all the bits & pieces are in good working order! If that isn't a bad enough ordeal, I can't eat anything at all today and until after the examination tomorrow… Sad

Raw images processed in Adobe Camera Raw, tweaked in Nik Collection's Viveza 2 and Photoshop Elements 14.

Thanks again to everyone for your votes & comments on my previous uploads, it really is appreciated and encouraging Smile

You didn't see the guard with the masses of facial hair then? Grin He's well known, and gets very cross when people take photos of him. But he's a bit of a diva and probably enjoys the attention.

Good luck tomorrow Trev.

Easy to forget that the horses can kick or bite - wonder how it feels to be on parade everyday?
Good luck with your procedure.

All the best tomorrow, Trev: finally enough I had the very same procedure carried out last Friday and had to go through the same lead up as you.
Anyway, this a lovely image which shows what an attraction the mounted soldier is with so many tourists there with their mobile 'phones at the ready.

For many people, the prep for a colonoscopy is worse than the test. It was for me.
