House Sparrow 3

By dark_lord
Thank you for your votes and comments on the snow scene on my last upload.
I've had serious broadband connection issues so haven't managed to catch up with all your images yet. In fact I'm surprised I've got on now. Supposed to be getting an engineer out on Friday. Fongers crossed.
However, one from this morning before it tipped down.

Great capture. He is so cute. Love his colouring. We have also had intermittent service the last two weeks. So irritating.

That's a great job of cloning, Keith...
I can't even see where you took it from...Smile
I've got my 'fongers' crossed for you, too, for tomorrow..!
Your Sparrow's a beauty, love the eye contact.

A rather ferocious looking fella, Keith, excellent capture and cloning. Carol

Thanks. I know some people would not clone the food out as it's not 'as shot', but I prefer it as an image. But I have given the choice of two versions.

Excellently captured image.. wonderful detail, DOF and colour. I had a lot of them chatting in the garden before..not that many now.. I've never had any photo of them.. I believe it's difficult to take.

Yes Jasmine they are getting rare but seem to be hanging in there here. The only difficulty (once you find them!) is that they are always on the move, so no different to other small birds.
