I know. However, many of the Sámi people base their living on the reindeer. They do use the entire animal and I don't think it's any worse than how we use cattle or other animals that we eat.

Perfect use of the LB, Anne. Perfect timing also -- getting her fingers combing through the fur.

A well taken candid Anne, good use of the lensbaby does the lob to a tee, nice capture.

An excellent capture and great use of the lensbaby Anne, starting to get interested in acquiring one, see it can be done for around $100.

Excellent shot Anne. I wonder how it would look with the right 1/3 cropped off, because for me it is about the two sets of hands and the child's head. Would be totally different, but also strong I think.

I've uploaded a version. It has changed the entire image. I like it, but also like the original. When cropping lensbaby images, one looses a lot of the lensbaby effect.

V2 is now more about just the little boy, in v1 it is a street shot, with three persons, and three sets of hands. Both have their own merit.

I do very much appreciate your construction critique - it's great to get this every now and then Smile

It's amazing how it changes the image Anne! I like it, but also like the original. Lensbaby images are indeed very hard to crop, but in this instance I think you can get away with it Wink
