Howden Minster -window 1

By xwang
Not quite sure about this one.. I left the wall.. instead of the window only... I thought it enhanced the atmosphere, but it left a lot of dark space.. what do you think? Thanks for looking , critiques are welcome. In camera HDR

I think it works, especially as there is still detail in the wall.

I like it too, leaving in the dark areas adds impact to the stained glass,, and the very subtle reflections on those wall paques give added depth.

Much more interesting than if you would only have taken the windows; love those colour reflections in the side doors!

It works well. You can see how HDR does make a difference in the light extremes inside a Church!

If you cropped it, it would be a Church window. As it is, its more than that, its a window in a Church.
