Its a nice image, quite moody.
I noticed when I downloaded it that it has the ProPhoto profile, and wondered if that might cause it to lose something in conversion by EPZ as they want sRGB, - but it doesnt seem to with a mono as far as I can see.
I did try a mod with an increase in exposure, except for that bright sky area on the left that influenced the original exposure, sharpened a little, and cropped to place the horizon on a third, while retaining the same aspect ratio. Its less moody and a little more contrasty as a result.

Neil, you're an experienced landscape worker, and your portfolio is rather nice, so I'm not sure quite what you're looking for in the Critique Gallery. Is there anything in particular that you want suggestions on?
In the absence of anything specific, I'll just suggest that the lower part of the frame suggests a square crop to me: the sky's quite heavy in a generally light and airy image. I'll see how a mod looks...
