The main trio are the picture. Is this cropped down from a larger file? If so can you add the original as a modification please? There may be alternative crops available, excluding the girl on the right but with a bit more depth - to include the cut-off hands, for example.
It's very soft, and I'm puzzled as to why. I'm wondering if the camera focused on the background?

Think it would work better with the three youngsters not four, the fourth just seems to be watching. What are they demonstrating I wonder, Churchill’s V for victory hand-signs?
Seems to be sharper towards the left of the image, as Moira says it’s rather soft. Maybe AF
has locked onto the blue background? Intriguing quartet!
Dave 🙂

Quartet with one performer out of tune.
Adorable. Well framed, timed, lit.
I would straighten just the verticals judging from the first blue background panel. I would not change the skin colour to more yellow. And optionally I could remove the girl on the right as she does not make any gesture unlke the other three girls. The "V" sign with the two fingers for the people of the Orient equates to "smile". A fist with the thumb and the pinkie finger extended equals to number six. Aparently they can show up to number ten with just one hand.

It is better with just three as they are the main focus.
Talking of focus, that seems to be the issue as any movement here at 1/1000 should be frozen. Choosing the wrong point to fous on is perhaps the issue, and the wide aperture asn't given you any room for safety.
Another reason I'd go for focus is the colour fringing at the black and white interface of the clothing. The Defringe filter worked.
I hope it#s not a faulty lens.
I used the white of the clothing as a basis to get neutral colours as the original is cool in tone.

Much better with 3 of them but this is very soft and I can't see point of focus tbh.
I did a mod...
Cropped off the little girl on the RHS.
Warmed up slightly
Straightened using the panels at the back as a guide.
Removed the magenta fringing.
Added a frame simply to contain them a little better.
It would really help if you gave us a clue whether we have gone in the right direction for you.
I think your general question has been well and truly answered but the other issues that have been mentioned and addressed are fairly major.

Coming in a bit late, I have the advantage of being able to see the modifications.
So my answer to your questions is a definite YES, the image is better with only the three girls on the left.
Also, the small crop to the bottom is a good idea, to remove that small bit of the right-hand girl's arm.
It's such a charming photo that it's a shame it's not sharp.
Pamela.
