I'm a travelin' man, that's what I am

"sung by Ricky Nelson 1961"
Hello again.
Again walking through the streest of Amsterdam. (I did this about a month ago, looking for Barbar's house)
Amsterdam, sounds as a very busy city. And of course it is, in some places and certain times. But strange enough in the middle of the old town (called the Jordaan, where Barbara used to love) it's like this picture.
I love these streets. People walking in the middle of the street, a mother taking her children for a ride, a hairdresser, a butcher (poelier) and a sign that says "smeerboel" (messy place, but it wasn't that messy).
Take it easy. If you hurry you get one step behind
I hope you have a good day.
A special xxx to my dear two girlfriends

Great looking trolley for the kids Jos. Mind you it wouldn't mind the young lady carting me around in it.

Love it! It's like a cross between a bicycle and a wheelbarrow! Grin I remember seeing one of these when I was on holiday in Amsterdam 10 years ago, and had to photograph it, even though it wasn't being ridden at the time, just propped against a wall Smile
