That's a great image of the lunar eclipse. Love the composition and the view of the stars. It has the feel of the red planet Mars.

Hard to capture and get the exposure and focus right - I tried it myself for the first time too (took about 30 shots of which two or three were passable) Wink

Brilliant Ann lovely detail and tone and composition, I got part of the eclipse but my camers just kept hunting when the full eclipse took place but the view was really lovely.

Looks a bit odd Ann , not like it's usual self . More like a rolled up ball of stilton . I didn't realise it was on last night or I might have tried it . I was curled up with a good book , darn it .

I took a few of this as I was misled into believing we were privileged in Eastern Canada by being in the best place to see the eclipse, found out later that was only relative to this continent. Finally decided to upload one on the basis of it being a bit different to all others, so far. You have a good one here and a cracking presentation!
