It has to be done, but this is done cleverly - in silhouette, they might be real passers-by. I think that's part of the intention of the sculpture.

Night street photography is something I want to do more of.
Making these lads appear to be casual passers-by by turning them into silhouettes is a stroke of genius, and definitely the best i have seen of this work of art...

Title and image go so well together.
Agree that showing silhouettes of these statues is a masterstroke..
It makes you wonder if they are the fab four, which one can I recognise and so forth.
