I want to have my (Rainbow) cake and eat it

Trying my hand at close ups with more detail than action/land/city scape and saw this at the World's Fare. I would love to be able to say that I tried one but alas I decided it looked better than it might taste. I liked that they'd recently been placed on show and there was an element of condensation on the top but my main focus was to get the varying colors and layering.
