One from the other weekend.
I was surprised to see the ice on the beach, pretty slippy too, much to the amusement of some
Two fine images Lesley.
Love the lead in lines created by the vehicle's tyres and the sky is wonderful. Well done Lesley.
Like your composition and the good sky too Lesley.
Both are moody and dramatic. If I had to chose it would be ver2.
V2 for me.
I especially like the details of the broken ice in the fg of v1, but I think v2 is the better composition---
An unusual image of an unusual occurance!
Not often seen, I shouldn't think, Lesley, very well captured. V.2 gets my vote, though both are excellent compositions. The term 'frozen fish' springs to mind here! Carol
Wonderful set of image,V2 is my favorite,
Two nice captures, think V2 is the stronger composition with the diagonals leading you into the two fishermen Geoff.
Like the square comp
2 super shots.
two cracking captures lesley brilliant detail and colours love the sky v2 for me today really like the comp a stunner
Those tracks have given you an amazing lead-in. I favour V1, the fishermen have greater importance - but V2 would make a very good advertising shot for the vehicle!
great shot ,love the sky well done
Superb love that dramatic sky
not a daily scene here @ the Far East, fascinating
Like both versions,
v2 for me
Super shot. Great lead in lines comp and sky.....Derek
Two great shots, lovely composition and atmosphere.
Both great, but #1 my preference Lesley, with the low view over the ice, lead-in with the tracks, that big sky and a lovely mood with the light
Like them both very much Lesley. V2 is the better comp and just edges it for me despite the ice in V1 which is terific.
Congrats on both shots. V2 for me too.
Two super images prefer V1 like the sq crop
V1 Im not keen on the slight distortion of the vehicle in 2, the sky in 1 is mint.
Two excellent shots, Lesley: V 1 is that bit more dramatic and possibly the stronger compositionally, but that's only my opinion.
Wow- what a wonderful sight - tracks in ice instead of sand on a beach !!
V1 for me
Great shots. V2 for me.
Two superb images Lesley. Looks like ads for a pickup truck. Wonderful detailed images............Sandy
Not much to add to what has been said only a vote.
Two excellent shots Lesley - v1 is my choice - like the comp and the detail more
Strong image reaaly bringing home the wintry nature of the scene.
V1 for me with those leading lines from the tyre tracks to the fisherman
An amazing scene. Both are great shots but I'd go with v1 for the strength of the lead in and the drama of that great sky.
Two very lovely captures, Lesley, very nicely captured and processed. It's amazing to see ice on the beach as you say. It would be hard to pick a fave, I like them both equally, so I think it will have to be half a vote each!
Two superb shots, Lesley. Great work
Cracking (pun intended) pair of images Lesley...V2 just edges it for me
Well spotted lead in there Lesley.
Two great shots,but I think I prefer no,2.
A great advertisement for the L200.
A great success just by the amout of comments Lesley, good to see you out and about in the weather. The tracks and the vehicle add something, sea anglers are even dafter than landscape photographers. No easy task.
2 good images Lesley ,v2 edges it though ,that looks mighty cold
Love the detail in the ice and that sky just tops off what is an outstanding shot
10/10! Simply beautiful
