Like the nuances in the dark... - and the eyes!
Donīt know exactly what you mean with "Hollywood style" - harsh lighting, halo and soft focus, artificial look, Hollywood of what time?
In case you simply mean "old" - probably a gobo for the background and slight softening would be beneficial.
BUT - that is only the cream on the cake of what you have achieved so well!
