Well, it looks like you have enough volunteers to keep you warm Mavis,so I will keep myself on ice for you for another day.Yes,it is very cold.I know when it is really cold when I stop taking ice in my dark rum and coke.Not had ice in it for a couple of weeks now.I feel sorry for your birds as their water freezes over.Perhaps you should try a splash of Anti Freeze in it as this may do the trick to stop it freezing over.Don't worry about me keeping warm.Extra layers of clothes do the trick for me,but sometimes I cannot be bothered to take them back off when I get out of bed in the morning,I just wear them for the rest of the day.My wife is worried about this bad weather keeping her in and she can't finish her Xmas shopping.She really does worry and give a lot of thought as to what to buy for peoples Xmas presents.I keep telling her that she should not worry as it is clear they do not not give the same thought to the presents I receive.I can get a lot of rubbish.They better be good ones this year.It is our turn to host the Xmas dinner and if I am not happy with any presents,the givers of these presents will be told they are rubbish.I am just not one to say,''these are the very things I wanted'' as I pull that Bart Simpson vest and pants set from their box.Even in this cold weather,there is no way I will wear these.They have to be Hulk Hogan ones in case I am carted off to the hospital again to be stripped off by these nurses.!!
