Super shot - the classic frightened rabbit pose!
We came across one just like this in the middle of a narrow, but well used, country lane. It was petrified. I got out of the car and carefully approached it, managed to pick it up and take it to a gap in the hedge where it finally galvanised into action and escaped to safety. I'll never forget the feel of its little beating heart...

You're OK here Trev - the rabbit was actually captured in the middle of a large grassy area, the rest was added in as "poetic licence"!!
