hi,
i like these sort of conditions, very moody.
the composition is a bit loose with all the interest over to the right and a block left side which is a little awkward.

exposure i feel has been guided by the camera looking to simulate 18% grey and when i played with a mod, its clear the whites and blacks are well behind the ends of the histograph, i dragged the pointers in to give a full range of tones and cropped the side and bottom a little.

it interesting to me because the sillouette looks very similar to Bolsover castle where i live which often sits in these conditions in the early mornings on top of the escarpment.

best regards,
Phil

A good shot under very difficult lighting conditions for the camera. It almost needs ta couple of exposures overlaid to properly expose for light and dark.

Loaded a mod with the tonal range expanded similar to Phil, but cropped differently, - I added more space at the top and cropped from bottom and left, adding a frame, and sharpened.

Would make a nice print with the added contrast.

regards
