"In The Pink"

By RonnieAG
Glad you are not fed up with my fungi as there are loads more: today I am not sure of the ID of these pink capped mushrooms (two adults and junior) with a pinkish blush on the stypes. It may be that they are Slender Brittlegills (Russula Gracillima). Anyway they were difficult to find being only 2 inches tall and hidden away in a very dark area of the forest. So I used fill in flash again.

My thanks as ever to all who commented on Glistening Inkcap although after further research I think they may be just Common Inkcaps.
But also a very big than you to Bill {richmowil}, John {lifesnapper}, Dave {HobbitDave}, Dave {WhiteRose1} and Pamela {pamelajean} for their cherished User Awards.

May just click a bit sore and lacerated after a tumble in the garden, falling and demolishing a very thorny Alfred Bell rose bush.....BlushBlushBlush......R.

Yet more mycological magic from you Ronnie.

Sorry to hear about the tumble. Being rather tumble prone myself (too preoccupied with imagery to look where I am going) I can empathise. Take care and heal soon.

As always perfectly executed image of yet another very attractive mushroom - fabulous image
bearing in mind their actual size and the fact you saw them, got down low enough to capture them

The pink ones are a good find, Ronnie.
Sorry to hear you hurt yourself. You reminded me of a time when I couldn't get a rose root out of the ground, so I asked my partner to have a go. He tugged at it and fell backwards onto a concrete path, hitting his head on a concrete step. He was ok but had a bad mark on his head. It could have been me.
