In The Wake Of It All

By pmorgan
My first upload for a while! Hope youíre all well - Iíve had my MRI and have to go for an EEG next week then itís just a case of waiting to see what the results reveal. Itís been a bit of a pain not being able to drive, but I have been out a couple of times locally recently and got a couple worth uploading, so I thought Iíd share them with you.

This was taken just after a very obliging Destroyer cruised past and created some lovely movement via its wake.

All the best, and enjoy whatís left of the weekend!

The results WILL be good my friend, couldn't be otherwise I'm sure. Trust you to come back with a great image, a destroyer no less, and no less would do for you Sir.
It's hard in times as we live in to cut down on stress, it seems to be the wa of life for so may of us. I'm out of it now and glad to be too. A few minutes every hour to yourself, gives your body a rest and a wee battery charge to freshen up.
Take care and hope the good news comes soon.

Thanks again for the user award.

Sorry to hear about your seizure, I do hope it was a one off as they can sometimes be. Sometimes a change in circumstances can make us look in other directions for photography, maybe you could practice a little macro work whilst you are unable to get out as often as you would like. Fingers crossed for you.

Very nicely composed and moody shot, Paul, with the strong f/g lead-in lines carrying the eye to the red buoy.
(PS. Just hope the results are fine for you and that you can resume driving in due course. My thoughts and prayers are with you. R.)

Hey Paul, nice to see you back - it's been a while but perfectly understandable under the circumstances.

Great stuff Paul and to your usual high standard.

I would just like to echo Dougie's words....

Having been through similar tests n stuff over the last 5 months it is easy to get all sorts going through your head and what ever anyone says you cannot help but worry. My doc told me a month or so ago I could stop taking medication following a heart scare but I am still on the "take it easy" path atm...slowly but surely you will get back to a better way of life for you but it will take time...rgds Al
