In Your Hands

By pcwillows
Hi Folks,
First image from me for a while. Don't know why but I lost the photo 'bug'. I couldn't conjure up any enthusiasm for it at all. I haven't really picked up my camera since last July.
But...
Last night my daughter was playing with a new football in the garden. She picked it up and carried it round for a bit. As she did I looked up and an image suddenly sprang into my mind. I dug out the camera which rather surprisingly still had some power in it and took a few shots.
Three hours of Photoshop later here is the result.
I'm sure it will have been done before by many others but I'm pleased with my image.

A clever idea, and very well manipulated. Works a treat.

Thank you for your kind comments. The more I look at it, the more I like it myself. It's probably my favourite image from my measly collection.

Bonnie, I never really linked today being Good Friday with the photo but I can see it now you've pointed it out. Nice connection. Thanks.

A very fitting rendition, given the recent conference on Globaul Warming. You could have had this image on the cover of their report!
