Inflating the tyres!!

By helenlinda
So what on earth has this to do with inflating the tyres...................well each to their own, and for many the sight of Tony bent over the tyres would be a good opportunity for a few candid shots, but for me, an abstract image in the car bonnet made me jump to get the camera out. Of course you have to see it in the first place. Its when you bend and twist that it appears, so probably the sight of me taking it would provide the best candid shots!!!
Thanks for the wonderful response for my little leaf series and thanks for looking
Helen

I like the inclusion of the "real" with the reflection, good strong patterns for an abstract with a difference, and I feel that an even stronger comp is available by cropping about a third from the top.

Thanks everyone. Pamela, I've uploaded the crop as suggested as v4 . I'm not sure if this works as well as a square image though. What do you think?

A wonderful abstract capture, Helen. I have spent a large proportion of my life fettling cars but I still can't work this out - no matter, abstract is abstract after all!

Nice abstract, Helen. Is that an elongated figure reflection in the diagonal to the right?

This is just the bricks, painted white, reflected in the car bonnet, but taken at an angle - nothing more.I can see what you mean about the figure Trev, but there wasn't anyone there.
