Inis Oirr Beach

By obriendavy
I took this shot while waiting for our ferry back to the main land from Inis Oirr island off the west coast of Ireland. There is only one beach on the island and it certainly is a beautiful spot when the sun comes out.

Great depth of cloud here - goes on and on.
Lovely foreground detail. Horizon is on a slight tilt, but other than that a really good shot

Thanks Helen, I know its not as good as some of the shots on this site but it still as some nice qualities for an armature. In the future I will pay more attention to my horizion, thanks for pointing it out.

Regards.
Dave.

Dave,as Helen said, great clowds but you seem to have focused middle distance and the forground rocks are not quite sharp.Shorten your focusing point with f22 apperture and all will be in focus.Ray .

Dave, I have learned more through suggestions on this site than all the complements put together, and so I hope that you are encouraged when peolpe do give some guidance
